“Just Us” was an idea that was created by family members who all had separate talents, yet, under one roof provided a fun, relaxing environment for families and friends to gather together. When I started to toss around the idea of opening a business, this building was always the one I envisioned being the home for the vision. The second most crucial part was involving my family in this plan. My daughter-Loren and I have talked about doing this for several years prior to finally taking the leap of faith in the middle of a pandemic. My friend Heather Schaller-a realtor & I looked at the building, she knows me well and my expectations. After looking at the building, I knew without a doubt this was the time and God was going to have to pave the way if he intended this path to occur. I have made some mistakes in my life trying to make things happen by not allowing God to drive my path. This time I knew God was going to have to be the driving force to make this dream become a reality. Needless to say a few months later I closed in October 2020. The previous owners were wonderful people to work with, Tammy Kelley was such a blessing as my commercial realtor and The Farmers Bank assisted with the financing-Susan Ruch was a rock during the process. Work began immediately and I have several people to thank for this dream becoming a reality…thank you to all my family & friends for all of your love & support and being a part of this journey along the side of Loren, Gabi and I. We love you.
